The project focuses on training 30 participants to become professional makeup artists, paving the way for new career opportunities and personal empowerment. |

💸 Financial Details:
- Tender Fee: ₹1,000
- Processing Fee: ₹10,000
- EMD: ₹15,000
- PBG: 10% of total project cost (valid until 31st Dec 2025)
- Training Cost: ₹27.89/hr as per PMKVY 4.0 guidelines

🧩 Key Responsibilities of Training Partner:
- Training Setup: Classroom readiness, including ToT-certified trainers, equipment, and monitoring.
- Trainee Assessment: Managed via Sector Skill Council (SSC) protocols.
- Attendance Tracking: Manual records signed by the Ashram authority.
- Certification: PSDM-certified qualification post-training.
- Reporting: Submit final claims by 15th July 2025.
🚧 Compliance & Penalties:
- Training Start Deadline: 7 days from work order issuance.
- Penalties for Delays:
- 7–10 days: ₹10,000
- 11–15 days: ₹20,000
- 16–20 days: ₹30,000
- Beyond 21 days: PBG forfeiture & project reassignment.
- Non-compliance: May lead to de-empanelment.

- PSDM Empanelment: Mandatory
- Certified Trainers: Must hold valid ToT certificates.
- Training Track Record:
- Up to 49 candidates: 0 marks
- 50–100 candidates: 20 marks
- 101–150 candidates: 30 marks
- 151+ candidates: 40 marks
- Placement History:
- Up to 14 candidates: 0 marks
- 15–30 candidates: 20 marks
- 31–50 candidates: 25 marks
- 51+ candidates: 30 marks
