Pre-Qualification Criteria

🚀 Scope of Work: Empowering Dreams

  1. Training Venues: Industry clusters, training centers, and partner premises.
  2. Comprehensive Support: Classroom setup, certified trainers, training management, and candidate assessment by Sector Skill Councils (SSCs).
  3. Fast-Track Timeline: Complete training, assessment, and certification by March 27, 2025, with final bills submitted by March 29, 2025.
  4. Candidate Eligibility: Youth above 14 years, with Aadhaar cards, skilled but uncertified.
  5. Costing: As per PMKVY 4.0 norms, based on training duration (30/60/132 hours).

📜 Eligibility & Documentation: Dream Team Requirements

  1. Empaneled Partners Only: Must be PSDM-approved as of the EOI date.
  2. Certified Trainers: ToT certification required for applied job roles.
  3. Proven Track Record: Previous training and certification under PSDM, NSDC, or SSC projects.
  4. Vetted Curriculum: Approved by Sector Skill Councils (SSCs).
