Accommodation:
- Trainees: 15 AC double rooms/day for 7 days (2-9 March 2025).
- Experts: 16 AC single rooms for 2 days (based on arrival/departure schedule).

Meals:
- Breakfast: Puri/Idli/Poha/Toast, Sweet, Tea – 32 servings/day.
- Lunch: Rice/Roti, Dal, Sabji, Paneer, Salad, Curd, Papad, Sweet – 32 servings/day.
- Evening Snacks: Paneer/Veg Pakora, Tea/Coffee – 32 servings/day.

Transportation:
- Airport-hotel-institute transfers for experts.
- Daily hotel-to-institute shuttles for all participants.
Financial Details:
- Estimated Cost: ₹5,00,000/- (inclusive of GST).
- Bid Submission: Quote below the estimated cost.
- EMD: ₹10,000/- (Online payment only).
