📝 Eligibility Criteria:
- Legal Registration: Registered under Company Act, Trust Act, or Societies Act with GST registration.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of coaching for judicial exams.
- Infrastructure: Own/rented building of at least 5000 sq. ft. with classrooms, library, and fire safety compliance.
- Turnover: ₹1 crore cumulative turnover in the last 3 financial years (2021-24).
- Subject Experts: Faculty for all judicial exam subjects.
- Track Record: Proven success in coaching for judicial services.
📑 Documents Required (Technical Bid):
- Registration & GST certificates.
- Income Tax returns for 2021-2024.
- Audited Balance Sheets for 3 years.
- Proof of Infrastructure (Rent Agreement/Tax Paid Challans).
- Candidate success records.
- Study materials & digital content samples.
- Self-declaration of non-blacklisting.
💼 Key Responsibilities of Selected Institutes:
- Conduct classroom coaching as per the judicial syllabus.
- Provide quality study material for each student.
- Conduct monthly test series & 2 main tests.
- Maintain biometric attendance.
- Submit progress reports to IGCCD.
⚖️ Evaluation Criteria:
- Technical Evaluation: 100 marks
- Infrastructure, experience, track record, and faculty expertise.
- Financial Evaluation: Based on cost per candidate.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60 out of 100.
