   1. Concise PPTs (10-15 slides) with case studies and interactive activities
   2. Engaging pre & post-training assessments (MCQs, handouts)
   3. Classroom activity sheets for experiential learning

1. Target Audience: Government school heads, principals & district resource persons in Ranchi, Jharkhand
2. Training Format: In-person, 6-hour sessions in Hindi & English
3. Training Delivery Approach:
