🔹 Who Can Apply?

✔ Individual Coaches (Head Coach with proven experience).
✔ Coaching Agencies (Minimum 5 years of experience in sports training).
✔ Institutions/Organizations recognized by sports federations, schools, colleges, or government bodies.
✔ Must have prior coaching experience and proven track records of trainee achievements.

🔹 Key Requirements

📌 Coaching Mandates:

1. Provide free training to at least 10% of trainees from economically weaker sections (EWS).
2. Sessions will be structured based on basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.
3. Coaches will be allocated a maximum of 2 sports complexes per discipline.
4. Peak hours (6-8 AM & 6-8 PM) are reserved for members; coaching slots will be assigned as per availability.

📌 Proposal Submission:

1. Indicate preferred sports complex in order of priority.
2. Submit detailed coaching plan, training methodology & session structure.
3. Attach bio-data and credentials of Head Coach & Assistant Coaches.
4. Include awards, recognitions, and trainees' achievements.
5. If multiple agencies list the same Head Coach, all applications will be disqualified.

📌 Documentation & Compliance: ✔ Self-attested copies of all credentials & certifications.

1. ✔ Letter of commitment from coaches confirming their availability.
2. ✔ No Objection Certificate (NOC) if currently employed in government/PSU.
3. ✔ GST Registration Certificate (if applicable).
4. ✔ Declaration of indemnity against injuries or accidents.

Only proposals scoring 50+ in the technical bid qualify for financial evaluation.
