🚀 Mission of C-DIT:

 

The Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT), an autonomous institution under the Department of Electronics & IT, Govt. of Kerala, aims to empanel institutions as examination centers for conducting Computer-Based Tests (CBT). This initiative seeks highly equipped institutions that can facilitate secure, smooth, and standardized online examinations across Kerala and other states in India.

🛑 Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

 

🔹 Institutions from Kerala & other selected states (Maharashtra, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Rajasthan, UP, WB, Jharkhand, Karnataka)

🔹 Must have infrastructure to accommodate at least 120 candidates per session

🔹 Prior experience in conducting online exams (preferred)

🔹 Must comply with all technical, operational & security standards

🔹 Must have valid GST & PAN registration

💻 Computers: As per C-DIT’s technical requirements

🌐 Internet: High-speed connectivity with backup

⚡ Power Supply: Uninterrupted power with generators/inverters

🔒 Security: CCTV monitoring, biometric access, controlled entry

👨‍💻 Technical & Exam Staff: Trained personnel for support & monitoring

🎯 Provide & maintain computer systems for smooth exam operations

🎯 Ensure internet, networking & security for uninterrupted testing

🎯 Appoint skilled exam staff (coordinators, invigilators, security, IT support)

🎯 Conduct mock tests to troubleshoot & validate system readiness

🎯 Offer logistics & operational support for a seamless candidate experience

🎯 Follow C-DIT’s compliance guidelines to maintain standardization

💵 Personnel Charges: Coordinators, IT staff, security, cleaning, invigilators

💵 Infrastructure Costs: Computer rentals, fuel for power backup, stationery

💵 Security & Compliance Costs: Surveillance, maintenance, emergency setups

📜 How Are You Evaluated?

 

Institutions will be scored based on:

📊 Infrastructure & lab setup (computers, seating, internet) – 10 points

🔐 Security measures (CCTV, access control) – 10 points

📍 Accessibility & transport connectivity – 5 points

📂 Past experience in conducting CBTs – 10 points

🧑‍💻 Availability of skilled technical staff – 10 points

(Total: 100 points – Higher scores mean higher chances of empanelment!)
