| Pre-Qualification Criteria | EOI for Empanelment of Examination Centers for CBT - C-DIT π Mission of C-DIT:
The Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT), an autonomous institution under the Department of Electronics & IT, Govt. of Kerala, aims to empanel institutions as examination centers for conducting Computer-Based Tests (CBT). This initiative seeks highly equipped institutions that can facilitate secure, smooth, and standardized online examinations across Kerala and other states in India.

π Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
πΉ Institutions from Kerala & other selected states (Maharashtra, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Rajasthan, UP, WB, Jharkhand, Karnataka)
πΉ Must have infrastructure to accommodate at least 120 candidates per session
πΉ Prior experience in conducting online exams (preferred)
πΉ Must comply with all technical, operational & security standards
πΉ Must have valid GST & PAN registration

π Internet: High-speed connectivity with backup
β‘ Power Supply: Uninterrupted power with generators/inverters
π Security: CCTV monitoring, biometric access, controlled entry

π Scope of Work β What Institutions Must Do?
π― Provide & maintain computer systems for smooth exam operations
π― Ensure internet, networking & security for uninterrupted testing
π― Appoint skilled exam staff (coordinators, invigilators, security, IT support)
π― Conduct mock tests to troubleshoot & validate system readiness
π― Offer logistics & operational support for a seamless candidate experience
π― Follow C-DITβs compliance guidelines to maintain standardization
π° Cost & Financials β Whatβs Covered?
π΅ Personnel Charges: Coordinators, IT staff, security, cleaning, invigilators
π΅ Infrastructure Costs: Computer rentals, fuel for power backup, stationery
π΅ Security & Compliance Costs: Surveillance, maintenance, emergency setups
π How Are You Evaluated?
Institutions will be scored based on:
π Infrastructure & lab setup (computers, seating, internet) β 10 points
π Security measures (CCTV, access control) β 10 points
π Accessibility & transport connectivity β 5 points
π Past experience in conducting CBTs β 10 points
π§βπ» Availability of skilled technical staff β 10 points
(Total: 100 points β Higher scores mean higher chances of empanelment!)
