Who Can Apply?
Eligibility Criteria:
- Financial Strength: Minimum ₹10 Lakhs Average Annual Turnover (Last 3 years).
- Experience: At least 2 years of providing similar services to Government organizations.
- Bid Type: Two-packet bid system ensuring a fair and competitive evaluation.
- Exemptions: No exemptions for MSEs or Startups for experience and turnover requirements.
Evaluation Method:
- Total Value-Wise Evaluation ensures cost-effectiveness and quality balance.
- Technical Clarifications Allowed: 2 Days during evaluation.
Financials & Security:
- EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): ₹18,000 (Refundable as per terms).
- Exemption: Only valid MSE manufacturers and service providers are eligible for EMD exemption (Traders not included).
- Performance Security: Required in favor of Gramsevak, Nashik District Panchayats.
Documents Required for Bidding:
- Audited Balance Sheets or CA Certificate confirming turnover.
- Past Experience Proof - Work orders or contracts with Government/PSUs.
- OEM Authorization Certificate (If Applicable).
- Bid-Specific Additional Documents (As mentioned in ATC).
- Exemption Proof (If claiming EMD waiver).
Training Specifications:
- Mode: Offline
- Duration: 2-8 hours/day (varies by program)
- Venue: Buyer’s Location
- Frequency: Weekdays
- Certification: Participation Certificate issued post-training
- Batch Size: 8-15 trainees per batch
- Training Period: 10-20 days depending on the course
Additional Terms & Conditions:
- Option Clause: Buyer may increase/decrease contract quantity by up to 25%.
- No Arbitration or Mediation Clause applicable.
- Post-training support and boarding/lodging: Not included.
- Confidentiality of Bid Documents: Bidders' documents will not be shared with competitors.
- Reverse Auction: Not applicable for this bid.
