- Positive net worth for the last 2 consecutive years.
- Should not be blacklisted by government bodies.

- Mobilization and selection of candidates.
- Conducting training and assessments.
- Providing placement support or entrepreneurship opportunities.
- Compliance with monitoring and reporting requirements.
