| Pre-Qualification Criteria | Scope of Work:
Selected Vocational Training Providers (VTPs) will:
✅ Deploy Vocational Trainers (VTs) and Vocational Coordinators (VCs) in schools.
✅ Conduct training in 12 vocational sectors, including Agriculture, Healthcare, Beauty & Wellness, Retail, Electronics, etc.
✅ Organize industry visits, guest lectures, and student internships.
✅ Ensure certification, assessments, and placements for students.
✅ Manage and maintain training labs and equipment.
Target Schools:
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Must be an NSDC-approved or Jharkhand State (JSDMS)-empaneled Vocational Training Provider (VTP).
✅ Experience in implementing vocational education programs.
✅ Must deploy qualified Vocational Trainers (VTs) and Coordinators (VCs).
✅ Ability to manage and conduct training sessions as per NSQF standards.
Financial Requirements:
💰 Bid Cost: ₹10,000 + 18% GST (₹11,800) – Paid Online
💰 Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Based on trade/sector (₹20,24,000 - ₹21,65,680 per trade)
💰 Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): Required after selection (Sector-wise PBG varies, starting at ₹60,000 per trainer)
