Tender Description | The Additional Skill Acquisition Programme Kerala (ASAP Kerala), a Government of Kerala initiative, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for empanelment of training providers to impart skill development training across Kerala. |
Pre-Qualification Criteria | Scope of Work The empaneled Training Providers will:
✅ Deliver skill development training for approved courses.
✅ Conduct NSQF-aligned and non-NSQF courses.
✅ Provide qualified trainers for different skill domains.
✅ Maintain training infrastructure and ensure course completion.
✅ Facilitate internships and industry linkages.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Registered Entities: Includes Companies, Societies, Trusts, Consortiums, Joint Ventures, etc.
✅ Minimum Experience: Must have experience in skill training programs.
✅ Compliance: Should not be blacklisted by any government body.
✅ Trainer Qualification: Trainers must be certified or hold SSC ToT certification (for NSQF courses).
Financial Criteria
💰 Bid Cost: No financial proposal required during application submission.
💰 Turnover Requirement: Training providers must submit a Chartered Accountant (CA) certified document showing average turnover from skill training programs over the last 5 years.
