Scope of Work
The selected consultancy firm will be responsible for:

Conducting a Gap Analysis to identify infrastructure, calibration, documentation, and equipment requirements.
β
Submitting a detailed report with recommendations and supporting IIITMK Labs in implementing them.
β
Developing a Laboratory Quality Management System (QMS) and conducting necessary proficiency tests.
β
Assisting in NABL accreditation application and ensuring compliance with ISO 17025:2017 standards.
β
Preparing all necessary documentation, including:
Quality Manuals
β
Providing technical, training, and support personnel for successful accreditation.
β
Conducting on-the-job training programs for lab employees and core teams.
β
Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring closure of non-conformities.
π Contract Duration: 1 Year (Extendable at the discretion of IIITMK)
Eligibility Criteria
β Registered Office in India
β Minimum 3 years of experience in NABL accreditation consulting
β Must provide at least three work completion certificates for similar projects
β Qualified professionals and technical team details must be submitted
β Proposal must cover all costs (application, training, travel, lodging, etc.)
β Firm should not be blacklisted by any government body
π Performance Security: 5% of the contract value (Deposit within 14 days of contract award)
