Objective
The program aims to:
✔ Train students in foreign languages (e.g., German, Japanese, French) to improve employability. ✔ Develop multilingual skills for better placement and research opportunities. ✔ Provide cultural exposure and communication skills. Scope of Work
🔹 Provide qualified trainers for German, Japanese, and French.
🔹 Conduct language training sessions at BIPARD Skill Park. 🔹 Ensure students can speak, read, and write in the chosen language by course completion. 🔹 Trainers must be certified and have passed Training of Trainers (ToT) programs. 🔹 Implement assessment & certification for trainees. 📌 Assessments: Regular internal tests + Final Examination & Certification by a third-party evaluator.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Registered legal entity (Company, LLP, Proprietorship, etc.)
✔ Average annual turnover of ₹50 Lakhs in last 3 years (FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24) ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in providing foreign language training ✔ Not blacklisted by any government organization ✔ No subcontracting or consortiums allowed without BIPARD’s approval 📌 Exemptions: MSME-registered agencies are exempt from the EMD requirement.
Financial & Compliance Details
💰 Tender Fee: ₹1,000 (Paid online via e-Proc2 Bihar Portal)
💰 Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹50,000 (Exempt for MSMEs) 💰 Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): 5% of the total contract value 📌 Payment Terms:
