Objective
The program aims to:
โ Train students in foreign languages (e.g., German, Japanese, French) to improve employability. โ Develop multilingual skills for better placement and research opportunities. โ Provide cultural exposure and communication skills. Scope of Work
๐น Provide qualified trainers for German, Japanese, and French.
๐น Conduct language training sessions at BIPARD Skill Park. ๐น Ensure students can speak, read, and write in the chosen language by course completion. ๐น Trainers must be certified and have passed Training of Trainers (ToT) programs. ๐น Implement assessment & certification for trainees. ๐ Assessments: Regular internal tests + Final Examination & Certification by a third-party evaluator.
Eligibility Criteria
โ Registered legal entity (Company, LLP, Proprietorship, etc.)
โ Average annual turnover of โน50 Lakhs in last 3 years (FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24) โ Minimum 1 year of experience in providing foreign language training โ Not blacklisted by any government organization โ No subcontracting or consortiums allowed without BIPARD’s approval ๐ Exemptions: MSME-registered agencies are exempt from the EMD requirement.
Financial & Compliance Details
๐ฐ Tender Fee: โน1,000 (Paid online via e-Proc2 Bihar Portal)
๐ฐ Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): โน50,000 (Exempt for MSMEs) ๐ฐ Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): 5% of the total contract value ๐ Payment Terms:
