Scope of Work
The training program will cover land surveying & cadastral survey skills, including:
✅ Cadastral Survey: Determining land boundaries & ownership
✅ Boundary Demarcation: Following Jharkhand Revenue Department guidelines
✅ Site Survey: Using Theodolites & Surveying Instruments
✅ Land Acquisition Projects: Supporting industrial & infrastructure projects
✅ Construction Supervision: Assisting in land demarcation & land acquisition
✅ Contour Mapping: Using leveling instruments for mapping
✅ Technical Drafting: Creating survey drawings & using conventional survey symbols
✅ Employability Skills Training: Enhancing job readiness in land survey professions
Eligibility Criteria
Legal Entity
✔ Must be a registered entity in India – including Universities (Government or Private), Open Universities, Institutes, or Vocational Training Providers.
✔ Must have or establish an office in Jharkhand before bid evaluation.
Experience & Turnover
✔ Minimum 3 years experience in Skill Development.
✔ Trained at least 500 candidates under NSQF/UGC/NCVT/AICTE/MHRD Skill Programs.
✔ Must have conducted Amin Survey Training (1-year course) recognized by AICTE/UGC/State Council.
✔ Minimum Annual Turnover of ₹50 Lakhs (FY 21-22, 22-23 & 23-24).
✔ Affiliation with NSQF, UGC, NCVT, AICTE, or MHRD is mandatory.

  • The lowest financial bid (L1) receives a score of 100, others are scored proportionally.
  • Final selection = (Technical Score x 70%) + (Financial Score x 30%).
