Scope of Work

1. Conducting Skill Training for candidates at the State Protective Home (Gandhi Vanita Ashram), Jalandhar.
2. Job Roles Offered:
   1. Professional Make-up Artist
   2. Beauty Therapist
3. Training Location: Gandhi Vanita Ashram, Jalandhar.
4. Total Candidates: 30
5. NSQF Level: 4
6. Total Training Hours: 570 hours
7. Daily Training Duration: 6 hours
8. Assessment & Certification: To be completed before 30-Jul-2025.
9. Assessment Fees: Paid by training agency and reimbursed by PSDM.
10. Payment Schedule:
    1. 30% on batch commencement with at least 15 candidates.
    2. 40% on 50% course completion (70% attendance required).
    3. 30% on certification of 70% of candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must be empaneled with PSDM.
2. Must have ToT-certified trainers.
3. Minimum 50 candidates trained and certified in the applied job role.
4. Minimum 15 candidates placed in formal sector.
5. Presentation Evaluation: Approach, methodology, staffing, training schedule, quality assurance, assessment schedule, etc.

Penalty for Delays

1. 7-10 days delay: ₹10,000 penalty.
2. 11-15 days delay: ₹20,000 penalty.
3. 16-20 days delay: ₹30,000 penalty.
4. 21+ days delay: Forfeiture of PBG and project reallocation.
