6. Validity of Empanelment: 3 years from the date of issuance of the letter of empanelment

1. Conduct impact assessments in accordance with Rule 8(3)(a) of the amended Companies (CSR Policy) Rules.
2. Evaluate CSR projects sanctioned by IREDA across India.
3. Define sample size and objectives based on specific CSR projects.
4. Submit reports aligning with guidelines from MCA and other government authorities.

Legal Entity Requirement:

1. Must be a Govt./Semi-Govt. Organization, PSU, Reputed Institution, or Academic Organization.
2. Provide certificate of incorporation/registration.

Experience Requirement:

1. Must have conducted at least five (5) impact assessment studies in the past five years (FY 2019-20 to FY 2023-24).
2. These studies must be related to CSR projects with a minimum project outlay of ₹1 crore.
3. Submit work orders/completion certificates for validation.

5. Submission of audited balance sheets & IT returns for the last three financial years.

Mandatory Documents:

1. Copy of PAN Card & GST registration.
2. Undertaking of non-blacklisting.
3. RTGS/NEFT Bank Details.
4. Registration on GeM Portal (or commitment to register after empanelment).

1. The empanelment does not involve financial bidding at this stage.
2. Financial bids will be invited only from empaneled agencies whenever IREDA requires impact assessments.
3. Each agency can be awarded a maximum of 3 studies at a time.

1. No specific Tender Fee or Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is required at this stage.

Methodology for Awarding Work:

1. IREDA will invite financial bids from empaneled agencies as per need.
2. A maximum of 3 assignments can be awarded to one agency at a time.
