1. Scope of Work

The selected implementing agency/voluntary organization will be responsible for:

  1. Protection and Detention of persons engaged in begging.

  2. Rehabilitation Programs for their social and economic inclusion.

  3. Skill Development & Vocational Training to support sustainable livelihoods.

  4. Other Welfare Activities aimed at their long-term development.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Organizations must meet the following requirements:

  1. Registered on Six Grant Portals (as required by the Ministry).

  2. Registered on NGO Darpan Portal.

  3. Legally Registered NGO under the applicable act.

  4. Minimum Two Years of Experience in begging prevention programs.
