Objective

The project aims to facilitate skill training and capacity building for rural women, helping them become self-reliant and fostering gender equality, social inclusion, and economic development.

Scope of Work

1. Identify and engage 100 women from marginalized communities.

2. Provide entrepreneurship training and handholding support.

3. Develop knowledge and skills in production, selling, and small business establishment.

4. Assist in market linkage, supply chains, and networking with potential buyers.

5. Connect women entrepreneurs to government schemes, loans, and insurance.

6. Ensure project sustainability with minimal external dependency.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must have experience in facilitating and training women in entrepreneurship.

2. Should be at least 5 years old and have implemented similar CSR projects.

3. Must have experience in women-centric program implementation.

Evaluation & Selection Process

1. Shortlisting will be based on prior experience in similar projects in the targeted location.

2. Only shortlisted agencies will be contacted.

Submission Guidelines

Documents Required:

1. Organization details and key personnel profile.

2. Proof of similar projects executed.

3. Recommendation letters from previous clients.

4. Detailed cost breakdown and manpower involved.

5. Execution methodology in PPT/Word format.

6. Estimated completion timeline.
