Scope of Work

The Bank of Maharashtra intends to conduct an Induction Training Program for its newly recruited clerks. The selected bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary infrastructure, managing the training, and maintaining the facilities throughout the contract period. The detailed scope of work is outlined in Annexure B.  

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bidders must be Training Partner(s) empanelled through an earlier Expression of Interest (EOI).  
2. Bidders must upload an accepted copy of the letter of offer for empanelment.  

Tender Fee and EMD

1. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs. 1.00 Lakh  

Submission Guidelines

1. Technical and Commercial bids are to be submitted online through the GEM Portal.  
2. All documents must be submitted in a neatly bound manner.  
3. The documents/credentials must be super-scribed with specific information including the type of offer, tender reference number, due date, and bidder name.  
4. A letter of authorization from a competent authority must be submitted with the technical proposal.  
5. Bidders must submit a copy of the RFP, stamped and signed on each page.  
6. The technical bid should be complete in all respects, containing all information asked for except prices, and should include all items asked for in Annexure 1.  
7. A copy of the Commercial Bill of Material with prices duly MASKED should be submitted along with the Technical Bid.  
8. The commercial bid should not contain any conditions, and bidders should submit an undertaking that there are no deviations to the specifications in the RFP.  
9. The technical bid and commercial bid should be submitted separately.  
10. The commercial bid must be submitted in the format as per Commercial Annexure A.  
11. The Commercial bid must not contradict the technical bid in any way and must contain all price information.  
12. Offers containing erasures or alterations will not be considered.

1. Date of commencement of availability of tender document: 29.03.2025  
2. Queries to be mailed by: 02.04.2025 up to 17:00 hours  
3. Pre-Bid meeting with Bidders: 03.04.2025 at 15:00 hours (Online Mode)  
4. Last Date and Time for receipts of tender offers: 09.04.2025 up to 10:00 hours  
5. Time and Date of Opening of technical bids: 09.04.2025 at 10:30 hours
