Tender Brief Request for Proposal (RFP) for Organization System Development and Capacity Building
Tender Description The Foundation for Education and Development (FED) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) inviting bids from organizations to conduct an Organization System Development and Capacity Building exercise.
Pre-Qualification Criteria

Scope of Work

The selected organization will be responsible for carrying out Organization System Development and Capacity Building for FED. This includes:  

  1. Conducting a comprehensive organizational review.  
  2. Providing recommendations for FED's system development.  
  3. Organizing capacity-building sessions for core team members.  
  4. Strengthening the leadership team's fundraising capabilities.  
  5. Establishing long-term, process-driven systems.  
Eligibility Criteria
  1. The bidder can be a research organization, partnership firm, company, or any other institution registered in India.  
  2. The bidding organization must have multiple years of experience in Organization System Development and Capacity Building.  
  3. Prior experience in similar assignments is desirable.  
Submission Guidelines
  1. The bid must be in two parts: Technical and Financial.  
  2. The Technical part should include the proposal, work plan, and functionalities covered.  
  3. The Financial part should detail the total cost with a breakup, including GST.  
  4. Bids must be submitted via email.  
  5. Bidders must submit their profile as per Annexure B.  
  6. Bidders must submit a Registration Certificate, Audit Report for the last 1 year, and PAN Card.  
  7. The bid must be in English.  
Deadlines
  1. Last date for submission of proposals and bids (soft copies via email): Before 11:59 pm on 17-April-2025.  
  2. Tender Publishing Date: 1-April-2025 (as per the document date)  
Financial Criteria
  1. Bidders must quote the total cost with a detailed breakup.  
  2. Bidders will propose a payment schedule, which will be negotiated by FED.  
  3. FED will deduct TDS as per government rules.  
Other Information
  1. Incomplete bids will be rejected.  
  2. FED will evaluate the bids and select a bidder.  
  3. Bids must be valid for a minimum of 180 days.  
  4. The selected bidder must complete the work within the stipulated period.  
  5. FED reserves the right to extend the deadline or cancel the bid.
