The training covers multiple vocational fields, including sewing, beauty parlor skills, computer basics, security management, vehicle driving, electrician skills, JCB operation, mobile repair, tourism and hospitality, welding, and marketing of forest products. |
| Pre-Qualification Criteria |
Pre-Qualification Criteria
- The bidder must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in skill development training under a government-recognized institution.
- The institution must be registered under SKILL INDIA with valid TP Registration, TAN, UDYAM, and DARPAN UNIQUE ID.
- NGOs must have an official website.
- The firm should not be blacklisted or bankrupt by any government body.
- The bidder should comply with SKILL INDIA Development Programme guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- The bidder must provide a minimum of three LOIs (Letters of Intent) from companies.
- A valid GST and MSME certificate is mandatory.
- The firm should submit ITR returns for FY 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24.
- The bidder must ensure meals and refreshments for trainees.
- All training materials, tools, and required machinery must be provided by the bidder.
Financial Criteria
- The bidder's average turnover for the last three financial years should be at least INR 1 crore.
- The bidder must provide a notarized affidavit confirming their financial soundness.
Tender Fee and EMD (Earnest Money Deposit)
- Tender Fee: INR 5,000/- (to be paid online).
- EMD (Security Deposit): INR 3,00,000/- (to be deposited online).
Submission Guidelines
- Bidders must download the tender from the Madhya Pradesh government e-tender website (https://mptenders.gov.in).
- All submissions must be made online.
- The technical bid should include scanned copies of required documents.
- The financial bid must be submitted in an Excel sheet (BOQ file) online.
- The contract must be signed on INR 500/- stamp paper before work order issuance.
- Successful bidders must ensure promotional activities at training locations at least 10 days before training commencement.
