  1. The scope of work involves the sale of written-off, scrap, unserviceable, and broken hand tools and machinery from various ITIs and Government Technical Schools. The sale will be conducted through an e-auction process.  
Pre-qualification Criteria
  1. Bidders must register on the e-auction portal (www.eauction.gov.in) and submit the required documents, including an EMD (Earnest Money Deposit). Their documents will be verified, and only those who qualify will be allowed to participate in the live e-auction.  
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Bidders must have a valid Digital Signature Certificate and be registered on the e-auction portal.  
  2. Bidders must submit all required documents online.  
Financial Criteria
  1. Tender Fee:  As specified for each lot.
  2. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): As specified for each lot.
  3. Bidders are required to pay the tender fee and EMD through separate demand drafts.  
  4. The rates quoted by the bidders should be valid for 90 days.  
  5. Successful bidders will have to pay the full amount, including GST, within 10 working days of receiving the acceptance letter.  
Tender Fee and EMD
  1. The tender fee and EMD vary for each lot, as detailed in the tender document. Both must be paid through separate demand drafts.
