Tender Brief	The Punjab Skill Development Mission (PSDM)
Tender Description	The Punjab Skill Development Mission (PSDM) is seeking applications from its empaneled training partners for a Skill Development Program focused on providing skill training to jail inmates in Punjab, with assistance from NABARD.
Pre-Qualification Criteria Scope of Work The selected agency will be responsible for setting up classrooms within the jail premises, providing ToT certified trainers, conducting training, and overseeing the assessment of jail inmates by the Sector Skill Council.   The training covers job roles such as Plumber General, Carpenter, and Electrician across various jails (Bathinda, Gurdaspur, and Hoshiarpur).   The entire training program, including assessment, must be completed within 04 months of the work order issuance.   Eligibility Criteria Applicants must be empaneled Training Partners with PSDM.   наличие ToT сертифицированных тренеров для каждой роли/тюрьмы.   Minimum 25 candidates trained and certified as on the date of floating of EOI in the course in which the TP is seeking work.   Minimum 10 candidates placed in the formal sector as on the date of floating of EOI.   Financial Criteria Tender Fee: Rs 1000/-   Processing Fees: Rs 10,000/-   EMD: Rs. 25,000/-   Performance Bank Guarantee: 10% of the contract value.   Submission Guidelines The application must be submitted through the e-procurement portal www.eproc.punjab.gov.in.   The application format must be as per Annexure-C.   All information must be supported by authentic, certified documents.   Deadlines Online Sale/Download Date of Tender documents: 26/04/25, 1 PM onwards   Last Date of sending Pre-Bid queries by e-mail: 30/4/25 up to 12:00 PM   Pre-bid meeting: 2/5/25, 03:00 PM at PSDM Head Office Chandigarh   Last Date/Time for submission/uploading of offer/Bid/Application: 12/5/25 up to 16:00 Hrs   Proposal Opening Date and Time: To be announced later by PSDM   Presentation by the Applicant: The exact date will be intimated later.
