Tender Description	The Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society (ORMAS) under the PR& DW Department, Government of Odisha, is seeking proposals from agencies registered with the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India (with valid PRN) for implementation of DDU-GKY 2.0 projects in Odisha.
Pre-Qualification Criteria Scope of Work:  Implementation of DDU-GKY 2.0 projects in the state of Odisha.   Eligibility Criteria: Agencies must be registered with the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, and possess a valid PRN.   Submission Guidelines:  Interested agencies should submit their proposals to the email address provided ([email address removed]) within 21 days of the publication of the notice.   Deadlines: Tender Publishing Date: On or before 27th April 2025   Proposal Submission Deadline: Within 21 days of the publication of the notice.   Other Details: The online proposal submission window will be opened shortly by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.   The State's Project Approval Committee (PAC) is the final authority for project approval, based on the merit of the proposal, DDU-GKY 2.0 program guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).   The advertisement is to be published in two leading Odia Dailies and two English Dailies (all metro editions) at minimum size as per I & PR rate.   Payment for the advertisement will be borne by ORMAS.
