Tender Description	The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), West Region, is seeking proposals from empaneled training partners to conduct Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) programs in the Nashik region (Maharashtra, India). The program aims to train Food Business Operators (FBOs) and create a pool of food safety supervisors.
Pre-Qualification Criteria Scope of Work Conducting FoSTaC training programs.   Training food handlers/Food Safety Supervisors (FSS).   Using the FoSTaC portal in offline mode.   Providing training materials and infrastructure.   Managing trainee registration and conducting assessments.   Submitting training data and reports.   Pre-qualification Criteria Empaneled Training Partner under the FoSTaC program.   Office within the West Region jurisdiction.   Eligibility Criteria Valid FoSTaC empanelment certificate.   Minimum annual turnover of Rs. 5 lakhs (average for the last financial year 2023-24 and current year 2024-25).   Experience in conducting food safety-related training in the last financial year (2023-24) and the current year 2024-25.   Experience in training at least 200 Food handlers/supervisors under the FoSTaC program in the last financial year (2023-24) and the current year 2024-25.   Financial Criteria The bidder is required to quote the total price for services, inclusive of all charges but excluding GST (if applicable).   The quoted price should cover all costs, including manpower and support.   No price increases are allowed during the contract period.   Tender Fee and EMD Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is required, as specified in the document (Rs. 82,500/- for Nashik region).   EMD can be paid by Demand Draft or direct bank transfer.   Submission Guidelines Bids must be uploaded on the GeM Portal in two parts: Technical Bid and Financial Bid.   Technical Bid should include required documents (Annexure II), EMD details, and compliance statements.   Financial Bid should be in the prescribed format (BoQ).   Deadlines Tender Publishing Date: 22.04.2025   Pre-Bid Meeting: 01.05.2025 at 11:00 am   Last Date of Submission: 13.05.2025   Opening of Technical Bids: 15.05.2025
