Tender Description The Government of India, through the National Health Authority (NHA), seeks to empanel agencies to provide fraud analytics services for the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) and other related schemes. The initiative aims to utilize advanced analytics to detect and prevent fraud, thereby protecting beneficiaries' rights and public resources. 1  
Pre-Qualification Criteria
Scope of Work:
  1. The selected agencies will be responsible for providing fraud analytics services, including designing and developing solutions, installing necessary software, integrating data from various sources, developing fraud detection models, and providing training and support to the National Anti-Fraud Unit (NAFU) and State Anti-Fraud Unit (SAFU).
  2. The services also include ensuring data security, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting NHA in related activities.  
Pre-qualification Criteria, Eligibility Criteria, and Financial Criteria:
  1. The document specifies a detailed evaluation process that includes pre-qualification, technical, and commercial evaluations.
  2. Bidders must meet certain eligibility criteria related to their experience, financial stability, and technical capacity.
