Scope of Work:

1.  The selected agencies will be responsible for conducting consumer satisfaction surveys using a pre-designed questionnaire to gather unbiased feedback from PNG and CNG consumers. The surveys must be completed within 3-4 months of the contract award.  

Pre-qualification Criteria:

1. The agency should be registered as a company or a partnership firm in India.  
2. The agency must have been operating profitably for the last three years.  
3. The agency should not have been blacklisted by any State or Central Government Organization or found guilty of any criminal offense.  
4. The agency must not have a conflict of interest in the assignment.  

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Legal Entity: Registration as a Company or Partnership Firm.  
2. Registrations: Service tax, Employees Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance, and Contract Labour Acts.  
3. Financial Stability: Profitable operation for the last three years in India.  
4. Core Team: Availability of a core team of resource managers.  

Financial Criteria:

1. The agency should have an average annual turnover of Rs. 3 Crore in consumer surveys for the last three years.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Technical proposals must be submitted in physical mode through registered post or courier.
