🔍 Proposal Guidelines:

1. 📚 Offer short-term courses (min. 576 hrs, approx. 3–4.5 months).

2. ✅ Preference for:

   1. PIAs with proven placement records.

   2. PIAs with training centres within Nagaland.

   3. PIAs catering to Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).

3. ❗ Only proposals aligned with the listed sectors will be accepted unless exceptional justification is provided.
