4. Submit proposals for 3 or 6-month duration courses.
5. Ensure placement for a significant proportion of trained candidates.

1. Must have a valid Permanent Registration Number (PRN) issued by MoRD.
2. Must be registered on https://kaushal.rural.gov.in.
3. Preference to PIAs:
   1. With previous experience in Sikkim.
   2. That have successfully closed DDU-GKY 1.0 projects with 100% training target achievement.
   3. With >60% placement performance in earlier projects.
