“Providing Management Support for Training & Capacity Building of various KERA project stakeholders.”

🧮 Eligibility Requirements

📌 Mandatory (Part A):

  1. Minimum 8 years of operations
  2. Annual turnover ≥ ₹100 Crores in 3 of last 5 years
    • Must submit audited balance sheets + CA certification (with UDIN)

📊 Scoring (Part B):

  1. Firm’s relevant experience – 15 pts
  2. Technical approach, methodology, and work plan – 30 pts
  3. Qualifications of Key Experts – 55 pts

Minimum technical score to qualify: 70/100

💵 Financial Proposal Notes

  1. Must be in INR
  2. Include itemized cost with taxes (GST reimbursable on submission)
  3. Price adjustment applies (for contracts >18 months)

⚠️ Other Critical Points

  1. JV allowed (with defined minimum experience and financial turnover)
  2. Consultants can include Sub-consultants
  3. Digital submission only via e-Tender portal
  4. Complaints can be addressed to the Principal Secretary of Agriculture, GoK
