Tender Description Expression of Interest (EOI) issued by the Government of Assam under DDU-GKY 2.0. It invites applications for project proposals from eligible Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) for the state of Assam.

🧾 Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible, an entity must:

  1. Be registered under appropriate Indian laws (e.g., Indian Trust Act, Companies Act, SHGs under SHG Federations, etc.).
  2. Be a Government/semi-Government org (if applicable).
  3. NGOs must be registered with NITI Aayog’s Darpan Portal.
  4. Be in existence for more than three years (not applicable to Start-ups).

  1. Captive Employers
  2. Existing PIAs with >50% placement under DDU-GKY
  3. New Agencies with no DDU-GKY experience
  4. Start-ups for Skilling (recognized by Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion)

  1. Initial Screening Fee: ₹25,000 (non-refundable)
  2. Qualitative Appraisal Fee: ₹1,25,000 + GST (only for those who pass screening)
