📦 Scope of Work

1. Train 3,000 food handlers under the FoSTaC program within 1 year.
2. Conduct Basic & Awareness Courses (4 hours each) in offline mode via the FoSTaC portal.
3. Cover all districts in South Gujarat & Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
4. Mobilize trainees, arrange logistics, and maintain training records.
5. Submit training data (photos, videos, attendance) within 7 days of each batch.
6. No subletting of the contract.
7. Floor price per successful trainee: ₹300.

Technical Bid (to be uploaded on GeM Portal)

1. Covering Letter (Annexure I)
2. Technical Bid Format (Annexure II with required attachments):
   1.  Organization profile & registration certificates
   2. PAN, GST certificates
   3. Empanelment Certificate from FSSAI
   4. Financial documents (CA-certified)
   5. Proof of experience, work orders
   6. Proof of training 200+ candidates under FoSTaC
   7. Office location proof
   8. Details of mobilization & training teams
   9. Affidavits (not blacklisted, no criminal case, code of conduct, etc.) 
3. UTR/Proof of EMD payment
4. Undertakings (accuracy of submitted info, conflict of interest, code of ethics)
5. Point-by-point compliance of terms (Annexure V)

Financial Bid

1. Submit in BoQ format as provided (Annexure III)
2. Must specify:
   1.  Unit cost per trainee
   2. Consolidated price for 3,000 trainees 

Other Mandatory Forms

1. Tender Acceptance Letter (Annexure IV)
