  4. Infrastructure: 15,000+ valid test nodes in Maharashtra
  5. No Blacklisting: Declaration required

📊 Selection Process: QCBS Methodology (80:20 weightage)
  1. TS (Technical Score) – 80% weight
  2. FS (Financial Score) – 20% weight
  3. Combined Score (CS) = TS × 0.8 + FS × 0.2
Contract will be awarded to the bidder with the highest CS.
