At least 2 completed IEC projects in cities with a population over 50,0 00. Registrations & Certifications: Certificate of Incorporation / Partnership deed GST, ISO (9001:2015 / 27001:2022), ESIC, EPF, ROC, Professional Tax Empanelment with any state government for software or IT/ITES services Financials: Minimum average annual turnover of ₹1 crore over last 3 years (2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24) Positive net worth for all 3 years Technical Presentation: Mandatory at the pre-bid meeting 25-slide presentation on approach, execution plan, innovations, and experience Other Conditions: No blacklisting from government or municipal corporations JV/Consortium and subcontracting allowed 💵 Financial Criteria Price bid will be evaluated on L1 basis (lowest bidder).
