📌 Scope of Work

The selected service provider will be responsible for conducting skill development workshops for teachers in the listed locations. The project includes:

Training workshops aligned with ABC (Animal Birth Control) Rules, 2023.
Modules include humane dog catching, sterilization techniques, clinical assessment, health evaluation, etc.
The workshop supports compliance, standardization, humane handling, and reporting as per national regulations.

📋 Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar services.
Turnover: Minimum average annual turnover of ₹5 Lakhs over the last 3 financial years.
MSE/Startup Exemption: Available for both experience and turnover criteria, provided valid documentary proof is submitted.
Office Presence: Bidders must have a registered office in the state of the consignee (Arunachal Pradesh).
Blacklisting Declaration: Self-declaration confirming the bidder is not blacklisted by any government organization.

💼 Financial Criteria
