📌 Scope of Work
The selected service provider will be responsible for conducting skill development workshops for teachers in the listed locations. The project includes:
- Training workshops aligned with ABC (Animal Birth Control) Rules, 2023.
- Modules include humane dog catching, sterilization techniques, clinical assessment, health evaluation, etc.
- The workshop supports compliance, standardization, humane handling, and reporting as per national regulations.
📋 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar services.
- Turnover: Minimum average annual turnover of ₹5 Lakhs over the last 3 financial years.
- MSE/Startup Exemption: Available for both experience and turnover criteria, provided valid documentary proof is submitted.
- Office Presence: Bidders must have a registered office in the state of the consignee (Arunachal Pradesh).
- Blacklisting Declaration: Self-declaration confirming the bidder is not blacklisted by any government organization.
💼 Financial Criteria
