Tender Description Skill Development Partner (TP) on a non-exclusive basis for Skill Development programme with MPCON FOR Imparting Training, Trainee Acquisition/Mobilization & Placement Assistance at various locations across the country on a revenue-sharing basis.

🧭 Scope of Work:
MPCON invites Skill Development Partners (TPs) for conducting training programs including:
  1. Trainee Mobilization
  2. Training Implementation
  3. Placement Assistance
  4. Domains: All NSDC/MSDE recognized trades, IT/Networking, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, IoT, EDP, Life Skills, In-service Trainings, and Custom Client Requirements
📌 Key Responsibilities of TPs:
  1. Mobilize trainees
  2. Deliver classroom training with infrastructure and certified trainers
  3. Maintain biometric attendance (if required)
  4. Conduct assessments and ensure placements
  5. Provide training content, labs, licenses, helpdesk
  6. Ensure post-training support
  7. Submit documents, reports, and proof to MPCON

💼 Financial Criteria:
  1. Minimum Annual Project Target:
    1. Category A: ₹5 Cr
    2. Category B: ₹3 Cr
    3. Category C: ₹1 Cr
  • Revenue Share:
    1. To be quoted by the agency in Financial Bid
    2. Lodging/boarding charges (if applicable) reimbursed on actuals
    3. Payment to TP only after client payments received
💰 Tender Fees & EMD:
  1. Empanelment Fee: ₹10,000 + 18% GST (non-refundable)
  2. Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): 5% of project cost (to be submitted after work order)
