🔧 Scope of Work

Engagement of Training Providers (TPs) to deliver:

1. Vocational education to 9th–12th grade students under NSQF framework.
2. Deployment of 306 Vocational Trainers (VTs) and 10 Vocational Coordinators (VCs).
3. Classroom instruction, lab setup, guest lectures, industry visits, internships, job fairs, career counselling.
4. Establishment of at least one lab per Training Partner at their cost.
5. Adherence to NSQF Level 3 & 4 curricula.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

1. NSDC/SSC Affiliation: Mandatory
2. Financials: Avg. turnover in FY 2022–25 should be at least twice the tendered amount.
3. Experience: Prior experience in similar training projects; proof required.
4. Certification: Preferably NQAF Level 2 or above.
5. Statutory Compliance: PAN, GST, audited financials, IT returns, ESI, EPF, etc.

📌 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. 100% student pass rate; 75% scoring >80% in practicals

📝 Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

1. VTs/VCs deployed within 15 days
2. Minimum 20 students enrolled per level
3. Monthly school visits by TPs (at least 10 schools/month)
4. Guest lectures, field visits, ToTs, resource lab setup, and industry MoUs as mandated

⚠️ Penalty Clauses

1. Delay in VT deployment: ₹500/day per VT post 15 days
2. Delay in salary to VTs: ₹50/day per VT post 5th of the month
3. Non-compliance with activities or benchmarks: up to 3% of service charges per activity
4. Repeat penalties (>3 times/year) may lead to termination and blacklisting
