📌 Objective
To empanel a Third-Party Agency for conducting an assessment of Skill Development Activities implemented by CIPET across its nationwide network of training centres.
📋 Scope of Work
  1. Analysis & Assessment
    1. Centre-wise evaluation (enrolled, trained, assessed, certified, placed).
    2. Identify internal/external influencing factors, gaps, and best practices.
  2. Stakeholder Interaction
    1. Holistic data gathering and insight generation from CIPET stakeholders.
  3. Deliverables
    1. Draft impact assessment report.
    2. Supporting documentation: surveys, interviews, photos/videos, etc.
    3. Strategic recommendations for improvements and future expansion.
