3. Training Duration: 390 hours (approx. 3–6 months).
4. Batch Size: 30 trainees × 2 batches.
5. Training Delivery: 6 hrs/day including classroom, practical, OJT (On-the-Job Training).
6. Location: G Cube Sticks Pvt. Ltd., Bamboo Park, R.K Nagar, Tripura.
7. Target Group: Women, SHG members, unemployed youth, school dropouts, SC/ST/OBC candidates, economically weaker sections, rural/tribal residents of Tripura.
8. Responsibilities of TP: Candidate mobilization, training delivery, assessment coordination, certification, and minimum 75% placement (wage/self-employment).

1. Legal Entity: Company / LLP / Firm / Society / Trust / Proprietorship / Govt. Institute with valid registration.
2. Experience: At least 3 years active presence in Indian skill ecosystem with Govt./PSU/CSR/self-funded projects.
3. Profitability: Organization must have been profit-making for the last 3 financial years.
4. LoI Requirement: Valid Letters of Intent from employers committing retention of placed candidates for at least 1 year.
5. Training Centres: Must be located in Tripura, NSDC SMART accredited, and compliant with SSC norms.
6. Trainers: Valid ToT-certified trainers (by Sector Skill Councils).
7. Placement Record: Minimum 75% placement achieved in the last 3 years.
8. Compliance: PAN, GST, ESIC, EPFO, ITRs & Audit Reports (3 years).
9. Blacklist Declaration: Not blacklisted by any Govt. department.

• Cost Norms:
  1. Training cost: ₹42/hr per candidate.
  2. Refreshment (Non-res.): ≤ ₹100/day/candidate.
  3. Residential facility: ≤ ₹375/day/candidate.
  4. Conveyance: ₹2000 (non-res.) or ₹500 (res.) for passed candidates.

1. Assessment Charges: ≤ ₹1200 (NSQF) / ₹1000 (Non-NSQF) per candidate.
2. Payment Tranches:
   1. 20% – Batch commencement (post approval & geo-tag photos).
   2. 20% – Post certification by SSC.
   3. 60% – Placement-based (≥75% certified candidates placed, with proofs).

2. EMD: ₹31,322.30 (refundable).
