 Eligibility Criteria

✔ Technical & Experience Criteria

1.  Minimum 3 years of experience in similar manpower outsourcing services
2. Experience with Government / PSU organizations preferred
3. Completion of similar projects meeting at least one of the following:
4. 3 projects of 40% value
5. OR 2 projects of 50% value
6. OR 1  project of 80% value

1. Educators: Graduation in Home Science or Diploma (NTT/CT/DPSE)
2. Technical Instructors: ITI / B.Sc Agriculture / Home Science

1. Service provider must have registered office in Uttar Pradesh
2. Must not be under liquidation or bankruptcy

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹176 Lakhs (last 3 years)

3. Financial documents (audited balance sheet / CA certificate) required
