2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in training or career development services for students in reputed higher educational institutions (preferably IIMs, IITs, or NIRF-ranked B-schools).

Project Execution: Successful execution of at least 2 similar large-scale assignments in the last three financial years at top-ranked B-schools (NIRF Top 30), CFTIs, or accredited institutions (AACSB/EQUIS/AMBA).
