1. Design, installation, and maintenance of Vocational Labs
2. Supply and installation of hardware and lab equipment
3. Development of training modules and e-content
4. Conducting:
   1. Teacher Training
   2. Staff Training
5. Establishment of labs for multiple job roles, including:
   1. Retail (Store Operation Assistant)
   2. IT (Domestic Data Entry Operator)
   3. Microfinance Executive
   4. Tourism & Hospitality (Food & Beverage Service Assistant)
   5. Office/Management Assistant

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar services
2. Experience with Government / PSU projects
3. Must have successfully completed:
   1. 1 similar project of 80% value, OR
   2. 2 similar projects of 50% value each, OR
   3. 3 similar projects of 40% value each

1. Minimum average annual turnover: ₹104 Lakhs (last 3 years)

1. Office presence required in Uttar Pradesh
2. Minimum technical qualification score: 70 out of 100

 Submission Guidelines

1. Bids must be submitted through the GeM Portal only
2. Two-bid system:

4. Financial Bid
5. Ensure all documents are uploaded before the deadline
6. If submitting EMD via Demand Draft, hard copy must be delivered within 5 days
7. Reverse Auction will be conducted among technically qualified bidders
