 Scope of Work
The selected bidder will be responsible for:
  1. Design and establishment of Vocational Training Labs
  2. Supply and installation of hardware equipment
  3. Site preparation and infrastructure readiness
  4. Maintenance of hardware (AMC/CMC)
  5. Supporting computer-based education services
  6. Ensuring operational readiness of lab facilities
The buyer will provide site infrastructure and electricity, while training modules will also be defined by the buyer.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Technical Eligibility
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar services
  2. Experience with Government/PSU projects preferred
  3. Must have executed:
    1. 1 project of 80% value OR
    2. 2 projects of 50% value OR
    3. 3 projects of 40% value of estimated cost
✔ Financial Eligibility
  1. Minimum ₹55 lakh average annual turnover (last 3 years)
  2. Audited financial statements required
✔ Other Requirements
  1. OEM Authorization Certificate
  2. Past project proof (contracts/invoices/completion certificates)
  3. Compliance with GeM norms and labour laws
