2         2 projects (≥50% value) OR
3         1 project (≥80% value)

  1. MSE & Startups: Eligible for relaxation in experience and turnover (subject to document proof)
Financial Criteria
  1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹1.5 Crore (last 3 financial years)
  2. Audited financial statements or CA certificate required
