🧾 Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for:
  1. Providing Aaya/Caregiver (Balvatika support staff) on outsourcing basis
  2. Deployment of semi-skilled manpower with required qualifications
  3. Ensuring discipline, childcare support, and school assistance duties
  4. Managing salary disbursement (₹760/day per resource, excluding statutory benefits)
  5. Compliance with EPF, ESI, and labour laws
  6. Regular supervision and reporting of deployed staff
  7. Replacement in case of absenteeism or performance issues

  1. Registered Firm/Agency/Company
  2. Valid PAN & GST Registration
  3. EPF & ESI Registration mandatory
  4. Not blacklisted by any Govt. organization
  5. Financially sound (not bankrupt/liquidated)
✔ Experience Criteria
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar manpower services
  2. Experience with Govt./PSU preferred
  3. Past performance conditions:
    1. 3 works (≥40% value) OR
    2. 2 works (≥50%) OR
    3. 1 work (≥80%)
