Scope of Work
The selected bidder will be responsible for organizing and managing a 28-day training program, including:
  1. Complete event planning and execution
  2. Videography and photography services
  3. Projector and technical equipment setup
  4. Seating arrangements (classroom-style)
  5. Managing approximately 1000 participants
  6. Logistics arrangements:
    1. Accommodation and transportation (pick & drop)
    2. Participation kits for attendees
    3. Stage setup, lighting, and printing
  7. Catering services:
    1. High tea, water bottles, welcome snacks
  8. Security and crowd management:
    1. Deployment of trained security personnel
    2. Entry management system (digital/software-based)
  9. Appointment of a qualified Project Manager
 Eligibility Criteria
 Technical Eligibility
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar services
  2. Must have executed:
    1. 3 projects (≥40% value) OR
    2. 2 projects (≥50% value) OR
    3. 1 project (≥80% value)
  3. Experience in:
    1. Disaster management / emergency response / civil defence training programs
 Additional Requirements
  1. Registered office/branch presence
  2. NCC ‘C’ certified or Ex-serviceman Project Manager
  3. Ownership/lease of event equipment (tent, sound, lighting etc.)
  4. Minimum 3 similar works of ₹3 lakh each in last 3 years
