Scope of Work
The scope covers civil construction and associated building works for the proposed infrastructure at Shivamogga Dairy. The broad scope includes:
- Construction of a 100 MT storage godown building within Shivamogga Dairy premises.
- Construction of a training hall on the first floor of the old P&I building.
- Earthwork excavation, foundation works and levelling.
- Cement concrete works, RCC works, masonry and block work.
- Plastering, flooring, painting, finishing and related building works.
- Structural steel works and sheet roofing works.
- Electrical and allied works as per BOQ and technical specifications.

Submission Guidelines
The tender follows a two-cover bidding system. The first cover should contain the EMD and technical/qualification documents, while the second cover should contain the commercial bid / priced Bill of Quantities. Only technically qualified bidders will be considered for commercial bid opening.
Bidders must upload the required documents through the KPPP / e-Procurement portal before the submission deadline. EMD and tender processing fee must be credited into the respective e-procurement receiving bank accounts before the last date and time of bid submission. Partial EMD payment may lead to rejection.
A mandatory site visit is required. The bidder must visit the work site, assess site conditions and upload the site visit certificate issued by the Managing Director, SHIMUL in the technical bid. Failure to upload the site visit certificate may result in rejection of the technical bid.
