Scope of Work

The selected bidder will be responsible for:

  1. Supply, installation and commissioning of 2 nos. 1000 LPH RO plants with all accessories.
  2. Deployment of one semi-skilled operator at each RO plant during the one-year warranty period.
  3. Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for 3 years after completion of the warranty period.
  4. Maintenance of RO plants, servicing, breakdown support and replacement of required spares during the contract period.
  5. Monthly maintenance visits and submission of service reports.
  6. Testing of inlet and treated water during the warranty period.
  7. Ensuring purified water quality as per applicable IS standards.
  8. Providing training to SCCL employees for operation of the RO plant.
  9. Handing over the RO plants in working condition after completion of the contract.

Technical Scope

The RO plant system includes a treatment process involving sand filtration, activated carbon filtration, anti-scalant dosing, micron cartridge filtration, high-pressure pump, RO membrane treatment, UV treatment and purified water storage.
