🏥 Role Overview:

As a Training and Capacity Building Associate, you'll be the driving force behind Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) programs across Rajasthan. Your mission: empower nurses and healthcare workers through impactful, hands-on training while enhancing healthcare delivery for newborns and mothers.

Key Focus Areas:

• Skill Development: Train nurses in KMC, infection control, breastfeeding techniques, and neonatal care.
• Performance Monitoring: Track daily metrics, identify gaps, and reinforce knowledge through regular sessions.
• Behavior Change: Lead counseling and communication workshops to promote patient education.
• Curriculum Evolution: Enhance training materials with evidence-based practices and experiential learning.

📑 Responsibilities:

1. Training Support: Conduct on-site workshops and specialized neonatal care sessions.
2. Monitoring & Evaluation: Track nurse performance, analyze data, and provide constructive feedback.
3. Counseling: Organize weekly counseling sessions for nurse well-being and skill enhancement.
4. Collaboration: Work with healthcare staff and program leaders for continuous improvement.
5. Reporting: Prepare performance reports and suggest program enhancements.
6. Ad-Hoc Support: Address on-ground challenges and clarify doubts promptly.
