The contract will cover videography for nomination processes, scrutiny, counting, training sessions, and logistical operations.

Scope of Work

The selected bidder will provide videography services for multiple official and election-related activities including:

1. Videography during nomination, withdrawal, and scrutiny processes
2. Coverage of counting procedures and election events
3. Videography for training sessions
4. Recording receiving and dispatch operations
5. Full-day videography assignments (including extended hours)

📌 Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Technical Eligibility

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar videography services
2. Must have completed similar projects for Government / PSU organizations
3. Submission of work orders/contracts as proof

✔️ Past Experience Requirement

1. Bidders must meet one of the following:
2. 3 similar works of at least 40% of estimated cost
3. OR 2 similar works of at least 50% of estimated cost
4. OR 1 similar work of at least 80% of estimated cost

📌 Financial Criteria

1. Minimum average annual turnover: ₹12 Lakhs (last 3 years)
2. CA-certified financial statements required
3. Estimated bid value: ₹6 Lakhs (for reference only)

📌 EMD & Financial Details

1. EMD Amount: ₹18,000
2. EMD Exemption: Applicable for eligible MSE/service providers as per GeM rules
3. Performance Security (ePBG): 5% of contract value
4. Validity of Bid: 180 days
